I’ve a Numbers doc with a desk and a chart (2D line).
- I can color textual content on the desk and not using a drawback; all colors work correctly with textual content.
- Nonetheless, one particular color does not work correctly with one particular chart sequence; if I set a sequence to that color, the sequence as a substitute seems like a lighter model of no matter (one among) the opposite sequence are set to.
Here is a sequence of screenshots which hopefully makes the difficulty clearer than I will with phrases alone:
- We begin with the pink sequence.

- If I set its color to the rest, similar to teal or pink (discover the cursor place)…

- …the color appropriately modifications to no matter I’ve chosen.

- Nonetheless, the second shade of purple from the highest (discover the cursor place) (which is FF644E (hexadecimal RGB))…

- …does not work, as a substitute altering the sequence’s color to a lighter model of no matter color the opposite sequence have.

- The identical is true if I modify the opposite sequence’ color to one thing else, like blue.

Changing FF644E within the Numbers color picker with another RGB worth ends in the sequence altering color correctly. Switching again to FF644E reintroduces the issue.
All different sequence on my chart work correctly with all colors.
I received my chart to look the best way I needed by changing the problematic color with FF644F, which is indistinguishable from FF644E to me, however it’s a very bizarre drawback and I am curious to know what is going on on right here. Any concepts?
